辊缝仪,又叫开口度检测仪,是测量球面之间距离的专业仪器,运用较为广泛。随着制造产业的不断换代升级,多功能辊缝仪应运而生,尤其在精密设备铸造、特殊施工工程等领域起着不可替代的作用。多功能辊缝仪可以在线检测辊缝、基准弧、喷水和轴承状况,辊缝仪的广泛使用为高端设备的快速维护开辟了一条新路。运用辊缝仪检测设备,可以清晰地发现该设备是否有质量缺陷、中心疏松、裂纹等问题,辊缝仪的检测数据真实有效,而且通俗易懂。本文就辊缝仪的基本运作原理、使用方法、校正方法等进行说明,对连铸机等大型设备的维护人员有一定的参考意义。
