最近,广东省为贯彻落实《国务院关于进一步做好新形势下就业创业工作的意见》(国发〔2015〕23号)精神,结合实际,现提出以下实施意见。一是深入实施就业优先战略。进一步稳定和扩大就业。坚持以提高经济发展质量和效益为中心,把稳增长调结构放到更加重要位置,突出创新驱动,推进珠三角优化发展和粤东西北振兴发展,通过保持经济增长夯实就业基础。建立经济发展与就业良性互动机制。二是大力促进创业带动就业。营造更优市场
