随着国民经济的发展,国家在不断增加基建项目的投入,我国建筑市场一直处在繁荣的发展状态,逐渐出现了一些大型的跨国建筑企业。这些跨国建筑企业在面临着更多发展机遇的同时,也面临着更多的风险。由于建筑行业本身就具有成本大、周期长、施工过程不确定性因素多等特点,所以其具有比其他行业更高的风险。因此,跨国建筑企业必须重视工程项目风险管理,加强、完善企业内部控制,以实现企业战略目标和增加企业竞争力。
With the development of the national economy, the state is constantly investing in infrastructure projects. The construction market in our country has been in a prosperous development state, and some large-scale multinational construction enterprises have gradually emerged. These multinational construction enterprises face more opportunities for development, but also face more risks. As the construction industry itself has the characteristics of large cost, long period and many uncertainties in the construction process, it has a higher risk than other industries. Therefore, multinational construction enterprises must attach importance to project risk management, strengthen and improve internal control in order to achieve their strategic goals and increase their competitiveness.
