华人德,1947年生,江苏无锡人。中国书协隶书委员会副主任,苏州市书协主席,苏州大学图书馆研究馆员、博士生导师。编著有《中国书法全集·三国两晋南北朝墓志卷》《中国书法史·两汉卷》《兰亭论集》《六朝书法》等,发表学术论文40余篇。2002年著作获首届中国书法兰亭奖理论奖,2003年12月《中国书法史》七卷本获国家图书奖(新闻出版总署);2002年编著获首届中国书法兰亭奖编辑出版奖(与白谦慎合著)。2006年获第二届中国书法兰亭奖教育奖一等奖。
Chinese German, born in 1947, Wuxi, Jiangsu. Deputy Director of China Shuxie Script Commission, chairman of Suzhou Shuxie, Suzhou University Library Research Librarian, doctoral tutor. Author of “Chinese Calligraphy Collection · Three Kingdoms, Northern and Southern Dynasties epitaphs” “Chinese calligraphy history two Han volumes” “Lanting collection” “Six Dynasties calligraphy”, published more than 40 academic papers. 2002 works won the first Chinese Calligraphy Lanting Award Theory Award, December 2003 “Chinese calligraphy history” seven volumes won the National Book Award (Press and Publication Administration); edited in 2002 by the first Chinese Calligraphy Lanting Award Editor and Publication Award (with white Modest co-authored). In 2006 won the second Chinese calligraphy Lanting Award for education award first prize.
