据越南计划投资部最新公布的统计数字显示,2003年头11个月中国对越投资项目增加了48个,全年投资总额达到11586万美元,在2003年对越投资国家和地区中排行位居第3位,是2002年全年中国对越投资的两倍。截至2003年11月底,中国对越投资项目总数已经达到237个,投资项目的注册资金总额达到48820万美元,在对越投资国家和地区中排名第16位。中国对越投资的领域以工业为主,另外还有农林渔业、房地产和旅游服务业、基础设施建设、交通运输、邮电、建筑业、文教卫生和教育等。投资方式以独资项目居多,但规模都不大,投资1000万美元以上的项目屈指可数。尽管2003年中国对越南直接投资项目和投资额都有明显增加,但是在越南全年整体投资项目中所占的比例尚小。2003年越南政府批准外国
According to the latest statistics released by the Ministry of Planning and Investment of Vietnam, the number of China-Vietnam investment projects increased by 48 in the first 11 months of 2003 with a total investment of 115.86 million U.S. dollars in the first 11 months of 2003, ranking the third among the countries and regions invested in Vietnam in 2003 The third place is twice that of China’s investment in Vietnam in 2002.
