发展可谓是每个教师个体的意愿。为了个人的发展,我们参加各种培训,听过无数的讲座,甚至相关理论文献看了又看,仍旧难以将理论应用于实践。很多老师教授十几年,几十年,教学方式几乎也没有什么本质性改变,甚至弄不清自己的教学到底是什么教学。那么,如何才能真正促进习得理论知识呢?如何才能真正理解各种理论,将这些理论转变为自己的理论呢?本文想通过笔者的两段经历与大家分享如何才能真正掌握一项理论知识。
Development can be described as the will of each individual teacher. In order to personal development, we participated in various trainings, heard numerous lectures, and even relevant theoretical literature looked and see, it is still difficult to apply the theory to practice. Many teachers teach more than ten years, decades, almost no substantial change in teaching methods, and even confused about their own teaching in the end what is teaching. So how can we truly promote the acquisition of theoretical knowledge? How can we really understand various theories and turn these theories into our own theories? This article wants to share with you how we can really grasp a theoretical knowledge through two periods of my experience.
