过去的1999年,是山东铝业公司发展史上极不平凡的重要一年。主要表现在:(1)成功组建了山东铝业股份有限公司并上市,找到了一条老企业发展的新路,为实现老企业的再创辉煌打下了较为坚实的基础;(2)生产创出历史最好水平。主导产品氧化铝创出了63.5万吨的最高纪录,超设计产能9.48％;(3)企业管理工作登上新台阶。曾先后两次作为学邯钢先进单位在国家经贸委组织的全国脱困企业经营者培训班上作经济交流。通过了国家有色局组织的“无泄漏单位”验收。企业经济效益也在1998年基础上实现了稳定增长。可
