腹腔镜胆囊切除术（LC）是目前临床上常用的手术方式，创伤小，痛苦轻，进食早，恢复快。作者2007年1月～2008年12月施行腹腔镜胆囊切除术（LC）118例，本文报告解剖胆囊三角区的一些体会和处理技巧。
