芦蒿,菊科蒿属多年生草本植物,野生。主要以鲜嫩茎秆作蔬菜食用,清香鲜美,脆嫩爽口,营养丰富,并具有独特风味,它是南京春季市场主要野菜品种之一,深受广大市民所喜爱。为加快开发利用野菜资源,1995年南京市成立了“野菜家种协作组”,共同组织攻关,迅速扩大栽种面积,变露地为保地栽培,满足了市场需求,增加了农民收入。 一、发展状况 90年代初,八卦洲农民利用旧薄膜等进行芦蒿浮面覆盖,逐步发展利用小棚覆盖,上市期有所提前,种植面积不断增加。1995年芦蒿面积达6200亩,其中保护地栽培 1300余亩,单产由过去 350kg提高到500kg左右;1996年芦蒿面积发展到7200亩,保护地面积达3200亩,单产水平由1995年500多公斤提高到700kg左右,一季亩产值均达万元,最高达1.3万元。上市期比过去提早二个月,最早于1月8日上市,不但春季供应,去年伏缺期间同样有芦蒿上市。目前八卦洲乡已形成规模化、集约化生产,出现了芦蒿专业村、专业户,经济效益和社会效益明显提高。 二、棚型结构 近几年,南京新老菜区推广芦蒿竹大棚保护地栽培,取得了较高的经济效益。竹大棚结构简单,成本低,价格是钢管大棚的1/8-1/9,容易被菜农接受。竹子以淡竹为主,粗度为直径2.5-3cm,架设跨度 4.5-5m,高度不低于1. 7m,操作简单,拆装方便。八卦洲乡芦
