和谐社会是人类不断追求的美好社会形态,而其中社会的稳定、家庭的幸福是重要的组成部分。本文通过一位代课教师的不幸遭遇作为引子,提出并论述了家庭档案在和谐社会建设中的作用,并就如何构建和完善家庭档案进行了思考。
A harmonious society is a beautiful social form constantly pursued by mankind, of which social stability and family happiness are important components. Through the unfortunate experience of a substitute teacher, this paper puts forward and discusses the role of family archives in the construction of a harmonious society and gives some reflections on how to construct and perfect family archives.
