为了认真贯彻《国务院批转农业部关于促进乡镇企业持续健康发展报告的通知》 (国发[1992]19号),进一步加快我省乡镇企业发展步伐,特作如下通知:一、认真学习贯彻国务院国发[1992]19号文件精神,进一步增强加快乡镇企业发展的紧迫感。国发[1992]19号文件充分肯定和高度评价了乡镇企业在国民经济建设中的重要地位和作用,系统总结了党的十一届三中全会以来全国乡镇企业的发展经验,明确了90年代乡镇企业发展的具体目标、指导思想、战略重点和有关政策措施。
In order to conscientiously implement the “Circular of the State Council Approving the Ministry of Agriculture’s Report on Promoting the Sustainable Development of Township Enterprises” (Guo Fa [1992] No. 19) and further accelerate the development of township and village enterprises in our province, we hereby make the following special notice: I. Seriously Study and Implement the State Council Guofa [1992] Document No. 19, to further enhance the sense of urgency to speed up the development of township enterprises. Document # 19 of the State Council [1992] fully affirmed and spoke highly of the important status and role of township enterprises in the national economy. They systematically summed up the experience of the development of township enterprises in the country since the Third Plenary Session of the 11th CPC Central Committee, The specific objectives, guiding ideology, strategic priorities and relevant policies and measures for the development of township enterprises.
