随着社会经济不断发展,农村公路的车流量日益增长,农村公路的重要性愈为显现,随之而来负担也越来越重。要创建和谐公路发展环境,加强路网管护,提升公路通行能力和服务水平,保持公路事业的快速、健康、持续发展,就要积极主动,不断改革创新。在实践科学发展观前提下,进行了初步探讨,希望对推动农村公路管养工作有所帮助。
With the continuous development of social economy and the increasing traffic flow of rural roads, the importance of rural roads has become more apparent and the burden has become heavier and heavier. To create a harmonious highway development environment, strengthen road network management and protection, upgrade the capacity and service level of the highway, and maintain the rapid, healthy and sustainable development of the highway business, we must take the initiative and continuously reform and innovate. Under the premise of practicing the scientific concept of development, a preliminary study was carried out, hoping to contribute to the work of rural road maintenance.
