目的评价降脂减肥胶囊对代谢综合征患者超敏C反应蛋白和踝肱指数的影响。方法选择宁波市鄞州人民医院收治的代谢综合征患者150例,随机分成对照组和观察组,各75例。对照组在基础治疗方案上加用马来酸罗格列酮片,观察组在对照组治疗方式的基础上,患者同时服用降脂减肥胶囊。结果观察组总有效率为90.7%,高于对照组总有效率72.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组hs-CRP、IL-6、TNF-α水平分别为(2.6±0.7)mg/L、(15.1±3.8)ng/L、(15.5±3.5)ng/L,低于对照组hs-CRP、IL-6、TNF-α水平(5.8±1.5)mg/L、(25.7±5.4)ng/L、(24.9±6.1)ng/L,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗后,2组患者的ABI、FINS、FPG、HOMA-IR均一定程度下降,但观察组的改善情况好于对照组,组间比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前后,观察组患者Cr、ALT、BUN、AST等肝功能指标均未见明显的变化(P>0.05)。结论降脂减肥胶囊用于治疗代谢综合征能够改善患者的炎症反应、促进血糖的恢复、缓解胰岛素抵抗,同时也降低了心血管风险事件的发生率,疗效确切且安全可靠,具有较高的临床应用价值。
Objective To evaluate the effects of Jiangzhi Capsule on Hs-CRP and ankle-brachial index in patients with metabolic syndrome. Methods 150 patients with metabolic syndrome admitted to Ningbo Yinzhou People’s Hospital were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 75 cases each. In the control group, rosiglitazone maleate was added to the basic treatment regimen. On the basis of the control group, the patients in the observation group took lipid-lowering diet capsules at the same time. Results The total effective rate in observation group was 90.7%, which was higher than that in control group (72.0%), the difference was statistically significant (P <0.05). The levels of hs-CRP, IL-6 and TNF-α in observation group were (2.6 ± 0.7) mg / L, (15.1 ± 3.8) ng / L and The levels of hs-CRP, IL-6 and TNF-αwere significantly higher than that of the control group (5.8 ± 1.5mg / L, 25.7 ± 5.4ng / L and 24.9 ± 6.1ng / . After treatment, the ABI, FINS, FPG and HOMA-IR of the two groups decreased to a certain extent, but the improvement of the observation group was better than that of the control group. There was significant difference between the two groups (P <0.05). Before and after treatment, there were no significant changes in liver function indexes such as Cr, ALT, BUN and AST in observation group (P> 0.05). Conclusion The lipid-lowering diet capsule for the treatment of metabolic syndrome can improve the patient’s inflammatory response, promote blood glucose recovery, relieve insulin resistance, but also reduce the incidence of cardiovascular risk events, the exact effect of safe and reliable, with high clinical Value.
