12月6日,农业部与卫生部联合发布食品安全国家标准《食品中农药最大残留限量》。新标准制定了322种农药在10大类农产品和食品中的2293个残留限量,基本涵盖了我国居民日常消费的主要农产品,其科学性、可操作性和系统性有明显提升。据了解,新发布的《食品中农药最大残留限量标准》将于2013年3月1日起实施,此前涉及食品中农药最大残留
December 6, the Ministry of Agriculture and the Ministry of Health jointly released the national food safety standards “maximum residue of pesticides in food”. The new standard sets a limit of 2293 residues of 322 pesticides in 10 categories of agricultural products and foodstuffs and covers basically the main agricultural products consumed by our residents daily. The scientific standard, operability and systematic improvement have been significantly improved. It is understood that the newly released “Maximum Residue Limit of Pesticides in Food” will be implemented on March 1, 2013, after the largest residue of pesticides in food
