利用扫描电子显微镜和能谱成分分析技术研究了金属 /陶瓷梯度热障涂层在热震过程中的显微组织变化及其抗热震性能 .结果表明 :1 )金属显微组织保持完好 ,陶瓷显微组织有明显的破坏 ;2 )涂层抗热震性能与其热应力缓和功能密切相关 ,梯度热障涂层比阶梯热障涂层具有更高的抗热震性能 ;3)金属 /陶瓷热障涂层抗热震性能与其中金属相含量有关 ,金属相含量增加可改善涂层抗热震性能 .
The microstructure and thermal shock resistance of metal / ceramic gradient thermal barrier coatings during thermal shock were investigated by scanning electron microscopy and energy spectrum analysis. The results show that: 1) the microstructure of the metal remains intact, The microstructure is obviously damaged; 2) the thermal shock resistance of the coating is closely related to its thermal stress relaxation function, and the gradient thermal barrier coating has higher thermal shock resistance than the ladder thermal barrier coating; 3) the thermal resistance of metal / ceramic The thermal shock resistance of the barrier coating is related to the metal phase content. The increase of the metal phase content can improve the thermal shock resistance of the coating.
