推行新课标以来,我们从教师授课和学生学习等方面,加强了教师授课的评价本系建设。评价教者课堂教学的有效性,就是评课,也就是对教师所授的课进行评价。需要评课者根据新课程理念下的三维目标作出较科学、较全面地评述。也需要评课者运用教学价值观对授课者的课程设计、传授过程、传授效果进行评议和估价。一般来说,要对一堂课进行比较全面的评议和估价,既要从教师的角度,评价教师在教材的解读与处理、教学设计、教学环节、教学艺术、作业设计、课堂调控等方面评价教师的教学技能,又要从学生的学习过程、学习方式、学习效果等方面间接地评价教师的教学效果。
