本文介绍了活塞环在镀硬铬生产过程中,用“液体抛光”法取代镀前通常沿用的酸、碱处理和镀后刻蚀松孔处理,使得镀铬工艺流程大为简化。净化镀液,提高生产率,大大减少了“三废”的危害性,对搞好环保具有重要意义,同时,由于环被镀表面受到液体抛光时压力的喷射。表面产生压应力,从而提高了活塞环的耐磨性和镀层与基体的结合力,以及疲劳强度,延长了环的使用寿命.
