The formation of autonomous learning quality depends on the learner a variety of positive factors internal and external interaction. Based on the part of the eighth-grade students in English language learning situation of the investigation,research and analysis,combined with metacognitive theory,the characteristics of the formation of independent study quality,referred to the theory of independent study that the relevant domestic and foreign have,some ways to help guide and train students’ autonomous learning quality are summarized by doing several experiments.This article inspired to cultivate and streng then the students interested in starting to learn English, through a variety of flexible and effective teaching methods, and lively teaching methods, pro-active proper guidance, persistent encouragement and evaluation, to guide and help students develop independent study habits,and to provide the possibility and help to form the autonomous learning quality of the students in the future.
