EDIL3(EGF-like repeats and discoidin I-like domains 3)在不同分期、分级的膀胱尿路上皮癌及癌旁组织中的表达情况,探讨EDIL3在膀胱尿路上皮癌发生、发展中的作用及与血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)表达的关系。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the expression of EDIL3 (EGF-like repeats and discoidin I-like domains 3) in different stages and grades of bladder urothelial carcinoma and paracancerous tissues, and to explore the role of EDIL3 in the development and progression of bladder urothelial carcinoma And its relationship with the expression of vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF). Methods: Immunohistochemistry PV9001 two-step method was used to detect the expression of EDIL3 gene and VEGF gene in 24 cases of bladder cancer adjacent tissues and 57 cases of bladder urothelial carcinoma tissues. The expression of EDIL3 gene and VEGF gene were analyzed by pathological grading and staging. Correlation. Results: The high expression rate of EDIL3 gene in bladder cancer tissues was 43.9% (25/57) and 16.7% (4/24), respectively. The high expression rates of EDIL3 gene in different stages of bladder urothelial carcinoma were 27.6% (8/29) in non-myometrial invasive urothelial carcinoma (MMI) and 60.7% (MIBC) in non-muscular invasive urothelial carcinoma (MIBC) / 28). The high expression of EDIL3 was positively correlated with the stage of bladder cancer (P <0.05). The high expression rate of EDIL3 gene in different grades of bladder urothelial carcinoma was grade 1 15.8% (3/19), grade 2 62.5% (10/16), grade 3 66.7% (12/18), with the malignant degree of bladder cancer (R = 0.239, P <0.05) .Conclusion: The expression of VEGF and its gene expression is positively correlated with the expression of VEGF. CONCLUSION: The expression of EDIL3 in bladder urothelial carcinoma is correlated with the pathological grade, stage and the expression of VEGF. It may play an important role in the occurrence and development of bladder carcinoma and tumor angiogenesis.
