肩负维护当事人合法权益以及制约司法平衡的律师一直以来颇受学界重视,如何实现律师的独立,让律师真正得以不从属于法律之外的其他人是当下亟待解决的问题。本文从律师的管理体制及经营模式对完善律师制度做简要探讨。
The lawyers shoulder the responsibility of safeguarding the legitimate rights and interests of the parties and restricting the judicial balance have always been valued by academics. How to achieve the independence of lawyers and to ensure that lawyers can not truly belong to other people outside the law are the immediate problems to be solved. This article briefly discusses the lawyer system improvement from the lawyer’s management system and business model.
