采用动电位极化曲线和电化学阻抗法(EIS),研究了3.5%NaCl(质量分数)溶液中FFFD-27SH型防腐剂对碳钢腐蚀的抑制行为。结果表明,FFFD-27SH为阳极型防腐剂,该防腐剂的加入可有效降低碳钢的腐蚀电流密度,增大腐蚀电位;显著增大碳钢电极的电荷传递电阻和膜电阻,明显降低双电层电容;缓蚀效率随添加浓度增大而增大,当添加浓度大于3%时,缓蚀效率变化不大。
The corrosion inhibition behavior of carbon steel with FFFD-27SH preservative in 3.5% NaCl solution was studied by potentiodynamic polarization curve and electrochemical impedance spectroscopy (EIS). The results show that FFFD-27SH is anodic corrosion inhibitor. The addition of the preservative can effectively reduce the corrosion current density of carbon steel and increase the corrosion potential. It can significantly increase the charge transfer resistance and membrane resistance of carbon steel electrodes, The corrosion inhibition efficiency increases with the increase of concentration. When the concentration is more than 3%, the corrosion inhibition efficiency does not change much.
