企业亏损的原因是多方面的,但最普遍的原因在内部管理方面。有的企业领导缺乏基本的管理素质,导致管理混乱,让一小撮“蛀虫”趁机大挖企业墙基;有的企业领导把本有发展前途的企业搞得千疮百孔、气息奄奄后,仍安于穷“庙”中的富“方丈”地位;有的企业领导在企业已处于破产边缘时仍毫无愧意,大打“金钱外交”,花公家的钱“密切”自己与上级领导的“私交”,为自己拍屁股“跳槽”溜之大吉铺平道路……有此类“庸官”、“贪官”、“拍马屁官”等的存在,企业岂有不亏之理?
