运用透镜聚光原理,以光线追迹法建立平行光偏转角α与透镜焦距、光强分布的光学仿真模型,模拟仿真得到随偏转角α的变化焦平面聚焦光斑位置与光强分布图,进一步研究分析光焦斑位置大小变化、焦距长度和光强分布特性.结果表明:平行主光轴的入射光线经透镜后光斑区域集中、光强分布均匀,并且随α的增大,焦斑中心位置偏离主光轴越大,且焦斑区域的光强分布越不均匀.结论为光电探测器设计需要确定圆柱的高度和半径等参数提供了理论参考依据.
Using the principle of lens condensing, an optical simulation model of parallel light deflection angle α and lens focal length and light intensity distribution is established by ray tracing method. The focal spot position and light intensity distribution of focal plane are obtained with the change of deflection angle α. The focal spot size, the focal length and the light intensity distribution were studied and analyzed.The results showed that the incident light ray parallel to the main optical axis was concentrated in the spot area of the lens and the light intensity was evenly distributed. With the increase of α, The larger the deviation from the main optical axis, the more uneven the light intensity distribution in the focal spot area.Conclusions The theoretical reference for determining the height and radius of the cylinder is provided for the photodetector design.
