管线焊口拍片是石化、电力系统无损检测人员一个重要工作内容。大口径管线每道焊口都要从多个方向进行透照,要作到每次透照射线束中心轴线都通过管子中心且保持焦距不变,并非是一件容易的事。采用射线机支架有三个好处:(1)能保证架设质量;(2)能提高架设速度;(3)能保证设备安全。射线机支架主要由射线机抱箍和管子抱箍组成。射线机支架有整体式和分解式两种。整体式中射线机固定半箍与管子固定半箍用连板焊成一个整体;分解式中“射线机固定半箍”与耳板焊接,“管子固定半箍”与耳板焊接,然后用连板和螺栓把两个组件连接起来,这样可以实现管子抱箍的互换。整个支架用3mm 厚的 A3板制作、切板下料。下面
