不久前,针对节假期间一些干部找借口到下属单位或乡村吃喝、钓鱼、玩乐的现象,江西省吉安县规定:对参与公款吃请、公款钓鱼、公款玩乐的干部,一经发现并查实,除所有经费由参与人员支付外,并视情节轻重在全县通报批评或给予党纪政纪处分。笔者认为,这个规定立得好。近年来,国家为了增加公务员的休息时间,促进消费,拉动经济增长,实行了双休日制度,并适当延长了法定假日。但是,随着节假日的增多,一些地方出现了“休闲腐败”之风。有些干部利用职权便利,以种种借口用公款轮流互相吃请;有的到下面检查、指导工作之
