饮片是绝大部分中药材用于配方制剂的主要形式,其质量的好坏直接关系到临床治疗效果。中药饮片虽有许多优点,但由于各种原因,其质量在目前还无法得到确切保证。如药材采收加工、净选、炮制、贮藏、运输、保管等环节不严格造成的霉烂、变色、泛油、虫蛀等现象,都能影响到饮片质量,导致有效成分流失,降低药效,进而无法保证其治疗效果。由此,笔者根据临床工作多年来的体会,谈谈中药饮片质量对临床疗效的影响。
Decoction pieces are the main form of most traditional Chinese medicines used in formula preparations, and their quality is directly related to clinical treatment effects. Although there are many advantages of Chinese Herbal Medicine Pieces, due to various reasons, its quality cannot be guaranteed at present. For example, mildew, discoloration, flooding, and insect infestation caused by the process of harvesting, net selection, processing, storage, transportation, and storage of medicinal materials can all affect the quality of the decoction pieces, resulting in the loss of active ingredients and reducing efficacy. There is no guarantee of its therapeutic effect. Therefore, according to the experience of clinical work over the years, the author talked about the influence of the quality of Chinese Herbal Medicine on clinical efficacy.
