应国际劳工组织总干事胡安·索马维亚先生的要求,在他访华期间以“不断变化世界形势下促进经济社会协调发展”为主题,2011年11月30日在中国劳动保障科学研究院举行专家座谈会。中国就业促进会会长张小建主持了会议。中方有关专家与索马维亚总干事及其率领的国际劳工组织高级官员围绕会议主题进行了座谈,重点讨论了三个方面的内容:一是如何促进充分就业、体面劳动和提高就业质量;二是在实现包容性增长中如何更好地扩大就业和保持社会保障持续发展;三是在应对当前挑战中,国际劳工组织的作用,以及中国政府所实施的对策措施的效果。本刊将专家的发言整理刊发,以使读者能够多维度地了解,在经济全球化形势下,我国如何协调经济与就业同步增长。
At the request of Mr. Juan Somavia, Director-General of the International Labor Organization, during his visit to China, with the theme of “Promoting the coordinated development of economy and society under the constantly changing world situation”, on November 30, 2011, China Labor Security Academy of Sciences held expert forum. Zhang Xiajian, president of China Employment Promotion Association, presided over the meeting. The relevant experts from China held discussions with the Director General of Somalia and senior officials of the International Labor Organization led by him on the theme of the conference. The three topics focused on how to promote full employment, decent work and the improvement of the quality of employment. How to expand employment and maintain the sustainable development of social security in achieving inclusive growth; and thirdly, the role of the International Labor Organization in coping with the current challenges and the effectiveness of the countermeasures implemented by the Chinese government. Our magazine publishes the speeches of experts so that readers can understand in a multi-dimensional manner how our country can coordinate the simultaneous growth of economy and employment under the situation of economic globalization.
