现将中央人民政府内务部内优(53)字第一四七八号关于「一九五三年各项优待抚恤标准」的补充通知及内优(53)字第一四七九号关于棺葬费换棺费的开支问题的通知转发各地,希遵照执行。一、一九五三年各项优待抚恤标准的补充通知:1.「一九五三年各项优待抚恤标准」中「牺牲、病故抚恤标准」栏内之「区长、县科长级」应包括区长、县科长级以下之正式脱离生产干部。又「执行中注意事项」第六条系指革命残废军人之残废金、优待金及享受长期抚恤特等、一等、二等的革命残废军人之抚恤金而言。至于牺牲、病故之抚恤、仍按优抚条例之规定予以一次发给。2.「革命军人牺牲、病故褒恤暂行条例」第七条关于牺牲、病故革命军人曾立大功(中央人民政府人民革命军事委员会新规定之二等功同)一次以上者,其抚恤增发四分之一的规定,并未改变;但应按一九五三年公布之标准发给。
