对六棱大麦杂种 F_120个组合及其9个亲本12个性状的杂种优势研究表明:株粒重、单株草重、株粒数和每穗粒重的杂种优势达20~35%;主穗长、株高、单株穗数、每穗粒数、千粒重和主穗粒数的杂种优势约为10~20%;主穗小穗数为5.49%,经济系数为负向优势-1.62%。由于各性状的遗传变异均以基因的加性效应为主,各性状的遗传力较高,故预期对 F_1组合的选择效果较好,且优良组合的后代有较好的平均表现。试验表明,鹿岛麦是综合性状和一般配合力均好的大麦亲本品种。根据试验结果,对杂种优势的表示方法和配合力效应作了讨论。
The heterosis studies on F_120 combinations and 9 traits of hexagonal barley hybrids showed that the heterosis of plant weight, plant weight per plant, grain number and grain weight per spike reached 20-35% The heterosis of long, plant height, panicle per plant, panicles per panicle, 1000-grain weight and main spike grain number was about 10-20%. The main spikelet number was 5.49% and the economic coefficient was negatively-dominated -1.62%. Because the genetic variation of each trait is dominated by the additive effect of the gene, and the heritability of the traits is high, it is expected that the selection of the F 1 combination will be better and the offspring of the excellent combination will have better average performance. Tests showed that Kashimagrass is a barley parental variety with good comprehensive characters and general combining ability. According to the test results, the heterosis representation method and the combining effect are discussed.
