应用SDS—PAGE技术对青葙子及混淆品苋菜子、鸡冠花种子的蛋白质进行了对比分析研究,结果表明,它们蛋白质的SDS—PAGE图谱存在明显差异,并由此确定了各样品特征蛋白质的分子量,此值可作为鉴别青葙子及混淆品的定量参考数据。
The SDS-PAGE technique was used to compare and analyze the proteins of the green barley seeds and the adulterants Amaranthus communis and Celosia Cristata seeds. The results showed that the SDS-PAGE profiles of their proteins were significantly different, and the proteins characteristic of each sample were determined accordingly. Molecular weight, this value can be used as a quantitative reference data to identify green barley and adulterants.
