目的探讨血Free-β-hCG水平与巨细胞病毒(HCMV)宫内感染的相关性。方法选取2012年1月-2015年1月孕中期妇女520例,检测孕中期妇女血清与羊水中HCMV-DNA含量,以血清HCMV-DNA阳性和(或)HCMV-Ig M阳性且羊水HCMV-DNA阳性者为感染组,血清HCMV-DNA阳性和(或)HCMV-Ig M阳性,但羊水HCMV-DNA为阴性者为非感染组,其他血清HCMV-DNA阴性和HCMV-Ig M阴性孕妇为对照组,通过对三组孕妇血Free-β-hCG水平的检测,以分析血Free-β-hCG水平与HCMV宫内感染的相关性。结果经检测,520例孕中期妇女中血清HCMV-DNA阳性且羊水HCMV-DNA阳性共12例,HCMV宫内感染率为2.31%。与对照组、非感染组比较,感染组血Free-β-hCG水平明显降低(P<0.05)。结论 HCMV宫内感染能够降低血Free-β-h CG的分泌。
Objective To investigate the correlation between serum Free-β-hCG levels and intrauterine cytomegalovirus (HCMV) infection. Methods From January 2012 to January 2015, 520 pregnant women in the second trimester of pregnancy were enrolled in this study. HCMV-DNA levels in serum and amniotic fluid of pregnant women were detected. Serum HCMV-DNA positive and / or HCMV-Ig M positive and amniotic fluid HCMV-DNA Positive patients were HCMV-DNA positive and / or HCMV-Ig M positive, but negative for HCMV-DNA was amniotic fluid non-infected. Other serum HCMV-DNA negative and HCMV-Ig M negative pregnant women were control group . The level of Free-β-hCG in blood of three groups of pregnant women was tested to analyze the correlation between the level of Free-β-hCG in blood and the intrauterine infection of HCMV. Results In the 520 pregnant women, there were 12 cases of positive HCMV-DNA and 9 cases of positive HCMV-DNA in amniotic fluid. The intrauterine infection rate of HCMV was 2.31%. Compared with the control group and the non-infected group, the level of Free-β-hCG in the infected group was significantly lower (P <0.05). Conclusion Intrauterine infection of HCMV can reduce the secretion of Free-β-h CG in blood.
