本试验用8个喷施处理,赤霉素(GA3)50mL和氧化二甲基哌啶嗡(MC)10mL分别在植株开花后5d,1%硝酸钾(KNO3),GA3+KNO3,MC+KNO3,FF,GA3+FF,MC+FF分别在播种后42,49,56,63d喷施,以测定赤霉素(GA3)、氯化二甲基哌啶嗡(MC)和高钾叶面肥(FF)对促进毛豆植株生长,提高产量和未成熟种子糖含量的效果。以清水喷施为对照。本试验在位于泰国的亚洲蔬菜研究发展中心试验田进行。研究结果表明,喷施MC的处理获得了最大的整株重和更多的分枝数,同时也获得最高的商品美产量和商品荚数;喷施MC+KNO3混合液的处理获得了最大的植株节间数和分校数,而喷施MC+FF混合液的处理增大了豆荚的体积。只喷施高钾叶面肥的处理则获得了最高的鲜豆粒重,最高的总可溶性固形物含量和蔗糖含量。由此说明,MC对促进毛豆植株的生长,提高产量有明显的作用,而FF则对提高毛豆的品质有效,GA3对毛豆的生长和品质无明显的作用效果。
