深圳的中小企业板块推出之后,深圳和广东当然欣喜,但是也有不少批评、失望的声浪,认为深交所此次只不过是用中小企业板块作为概念恢复了股票发行而已,其他方面没有任何有意义的创新。特别是在当前市场观望乃至失望气氛浓厚、股市连续暴跌但是融资额却不断创出新高的背景下,推出一个“新瓶装旧酒”的主板之内的中小企业板块,加深了市场对于圈钱的恐慌。
