我院在1994年曾对基层医院保健科提供的监测数据进行了核查,结果表明漏报所占比例较大.本文仅就漏报原因作一分析,并提出相应对策,以降低儿童生命监测的漏报率.1 核查范围及结果1.1 核查范围核查范围涉及3个基层医院保健科,29个居委会,共262名儿童,约占全区监测对象的1/3.
