技术创新在经济领域中发挥的巨大作用,已为多数人所熟知。我国自推行市场经济体制以来,引入了竞争机制,一大批企业依靠技术创新,提高了自身的竞争力,获取了巨大的经济效益。与此同时,也有众多企业在技术创新面前瞻前顾后、举步不前,或创新屡遭失败,从而失去了市场机会,使企业陷人困境。之所以出现那么大的反差,企业家素质的差异是一大原因。企业家素质包含的内容很多,表现在技术创新
The enormous role that technological innovation has played in the economy has become well known to the majority. Since China introduced the market economy system, it has introduced a competition mechanism. A large number of enterprises have relied on technological innovation to enhance their own competitiveness and obtain tremendous economic benefits. In the meantime, many enterprises have also taken the lead in technological innovation and failed to make progress. Or innovation has failed repeatedly, thus losing market opportunities and putting enterprises in a dilemma. The reason why there is such a big contrast, differences in the quality of entrepreneurs is a major reason. Entrepreneurial quality contains many content, manifested in technological innovation
