近几年,R175、R180两种小柴油机已进入千家万户,为农业生产做出了贡献。但是烧瓦始终是这两种机械的主要故障,根据本人的维修经验,总结了十条主要原因: 1.换季时不及时更换机油。如在冬季继续使用夏季机油,因气温低,夏季机油浓度大,在机体内运行慢而容易烧瓦;如在夏季继续使用冬季机油,因气温高,冬季机油浓度小,瓦与曲轴之间难以形成油膜而容易烧瓦。
