作为河南省的省会,郑州正在发展成为区域性中心城市,其社区服务业发展状况不仅对自身、而且对河南省以及周边地区的经济社会发展都会产生重要的影响。所以,研究郑州市的社区服务业发展现状,认识清楚社区服务业发展的空间和潜力,寻求“以人为本”、经济社会环境协调发展的社区服务模式,提升服务业素质和国际竞争力,无论对于推动经济增长、扩大就业、促进产业结构升级,还是对于改善居民生活环境、提高生活质量、建设文明祥和社区,都具有十分重要的现实意义。
