初中植物学“茎的结构”一节,是教学难度较大的内容。因为茎的结构复杂,层次繁多,各层次间又无明显界限,用显微镜观察,看到的形象也不易理解清楚。其次,概念集中。本节计有表皮、木栓层、皮层、韧皮部、形成层、维管束等术语二十余个,多半是学生第一次接触,陌生抽象。再次,有些部分和功能近似的结构,如导管与筛管,韧皮纤维与木纤维,双子叶植物维管束与单子叶植物维管束等,很容易混淆。
