目的 :研究康赛宁与白细胞介素Ⅱ (IL 2 )联用 ,抑制近交系小鼠C57BL/ 6Lewis肺癌的作用。方法 :以C57BL/ 6小鼠Lewis肺癌为模型 ,观察康赛宁联合IL 2对肿瘤发生、生长、转移的影响 ,及体内对肿瘤细胞的作用。结果 :二者联用明显增强对肿瘤体积和重量的抑制作用 (P <0 0 1) ,增强抑瘤率 (P <0 0 5 ) ,肺转移灶的数目明显减少。肿瘤组织电镜观察 ,瘤细胞核染色质浓集成块 ,核膜清楚 ,瘤细胞内质网扩张 ,线粒体肿胀 ;光镜下显示肿瘤灶中出现许多凋亡细胞。结论 :在二者剂量减半的情况下 ,联合用药的抑瘤效应仍得到加强 ,克服了IL 2的毒副作用 ,其杀瘤过程主要为对瘤细胞的直接攻击 ,和促进体内多种反应细胞相互作用 ,诱导瘤细胞的凋亡。
Objective: To study the effect of Constaining with interleukin II (IL 2) and to inhibit the effect of inbred mouse C57BL/6 Lewis lung cancer. METHODS: The effect of Conceiving combined with IL 2 on the tumorigenesis, growth and metastasis of C57BL/6 mouse Lewis lung cancer model was observed. RESULTS: The combination of the two significantly increased the inhibitory effect on tumor volume and weight (P <0 01), enhanced tumor inhibition rate (P <0 05), and the number of lung metastases was significantly reduced. The electron microscopy of the tumor tissue showed that the nuclear chromatin of the tumor was concentrated and the nuclear membrane was clear. The endoplasmic reticulum of the tumor cells expanded and the mitochondria swelled. Many apoptotic cells appeared in the tumor foci under light microscope. Conclusion: In the case of a dose halving, the anti-tumor effect of combination therapy is still strengthened, which overcomes the toxic and side effects of IL 2 and its killing process is mainly a direct attack on tumor cells and promotes multiple reactive cells in vivo.
