目的了解连云港地区儿童微量元素水平及缺乏类型。方法于2006年8月—2008年7月对幼、托机构进行健康检查0.6~6岁3275名儿童,按0.6岁~、1岁~、3~6岁年龄分组,采集微量末梢手指血,采用BH5100型和BH2100型原子吸收光谱仪分别测量Cu、Ca、Zn、Mg、Fe、Pb、Cd等7种元素。结果3个年龄组婴幼儿微量元素总体水平在正常范围内,婴幼儿缺乏的类型有4种:①缺乏一种微量元素;②同时缺乏2种或2种以上;③Pb超标,但仍缺乏某种微量元素;④某种元素超标(中毒)。发现在同一年龄组缺乏2种及多种微量元素比率显著高于缺乏1种微量元素(P<0.05)。结论微量元素是人类赖以生存的重要物质,在婴幼儿期应定期进行微量元素监测,制定有针对性的干预对策,保证儿童身体健康发育。
Objective To understand the levels and types of trace elements in children in Lianyungang area. Methods From August 2006 to July 2008, health checkup was conducted in young and nursery institutions. 3275 children aged 0.6 to 6 years old were divided into groups according to the age of 0.6 to 1, and the age of 3 to 6 years old. Micro finger end finger blood was collected, BH5100 and BH2100 atomic absorption spectrophotometer were measured seven elements of Cu, Ca, Zn, Mg, Fe, Pb and Cd. Results The overall levels of trace elements in infants and young children in three age groups were within the normal range. There were four types of infants lacking: ① lack of trace elements; ② lack of two or more at the same time; ③ excessive Pb, but lack of some Trace elements; ④ some elements exceeded (poisoning). It was found that the lack of two or more trace elements in the same age group was significantly higher than the lack of one trace element (P <0.05). Conclusion Microelement is an important material for human beings to survive. Trace elements should be regularly monitored in infants and young children. Targeted intervention measures should be formulated to ensure the healthy development of children.
