民国时期黔东南民族地区的民事诉讼案件比较少,重要原因就是诉讼成本高。以黔东南的民国司法档案为中心考察民国时期黔东南民族村寨村民的民事诉讼成本,对当前的民事诉讼制度改革以及移植西方现代法律具有一定的启示意义。
In the period of the Republic of China, the number of civil litigation cases in southeastern Guizhou was rather low. The important reason is that litigation costs are high. This paper investigates the civil litigation costs of villagers in Qiandongnan ethnic village during the Republic of China from the perspective of judicial files of the Republic of China in Qiandongnan. It is of some significance for the current reform of civil procedure system and the transplanting of modern Western law.
