绵阳市劳动局从1999年初开始着手改革规范劳动鉴定办法,清理、整顿劳动鉴定工作,从制度上堵塞了漏洞,从源头上杜绝了弄虚作假不正之风的蔓延,遏制了近几年因病退职、退休职工急剧增加的不正常现象,使劳动鉴定工作中的各个环节(定点医院的诊断检查、专家鉴定委员会的鉴定评审、鉴定委员会办公室接受申报和组织鉴定)都有章可循,做到了规范化、正规化。
