本文论述了预测蒸汽吞吐并各生产阶段的油井生产能力、选择生产方式和确定合理的工作制度的方法。生产能力预测计算中考虑了厚油层中的蒸汽超复现象、油水粘度随温度的变化及油水渗透率随温度和饱和度的变化。用这种方法可以预测各生产阶段的平均地层压力、平均地层温度及相应的生产能力。在预测生产能力的基础上,采用油井生产系统的节点分析方法,预测自喷期油井生产动态和转抽时机,并做出抽油参数设计和各阶段不同抽汲参数下的生产动态的预测,以选择各生产阶段油井的合理工作制度。文中给出计算实例。
This article discusses methods for predicting steam stimulation and well production capacity at various production stages, selecting production methods, and determining a reasonable working regime. The prediction of production capacity has taken into account the phenomenon of superfluous steam in thick reservoirs, the change of oil-water viscosity with temperature, and the change of oil-water permeability with temperature and saturation. This method can predict the average formation pressure, average formation temperature and corresponding production capacity in each production stage. Based on the prediction of production capacity, the node analysis method of oil well production system was used to predict the production dynamic and pump-up timing of oil well and predict the production dynamic under different pumping parameters in each stage.
