近年来,国际资本流动发展飞快,每日资本流量以万亿美元计。巨大的资本流量背后又有什么样特点和规律。资本结构发生了哪些变化。金融危机的爆发对全球资本市场的影响是否已经消除。中国在人民币升值的预期下外资大量流入,面对经济冷热不均、资产泡沫及美国经济的需求持续低迷,中国在其中该如何权衡。本文通过对国际资本市场流动特点的分析,指出国际资本流动有其利弊,不可避免,当务之急是建立新的国际资本流动规则,避免金融危机的再次发生,使资本流动更好的为经济发展服务。
In recent years, the rapid development of international capital flow, daily capital flows to trillions of dollars. Behind the huge capital flows and what kind of characteristics and laws. What happened to the capital structure? Has the impact of the financial crisis on global capital markets been eliminated? Under the expectation of RMB appreciation, China inflow of a large number of foreign capital in the face of uneven economy, asset bubbles and the US economy continued to slump in demand, how China in which trade-offs. Based on the analysis of the characteristics of the international capital market flow, this paper points out that the international capital flow has its advantages and disadvantages and is inevitable. It is imperative to establish a new international capital flow rule so as to avoid the recurrence of the financial crisis and to make the capital flow serve the economic development better.
