十八大以来,习近平总书记围绕“全面推进依法治国、努力建设法治中国”提出了一系列新思想新战略,要求领导干部在巩固依法行政意识的基础上,全面提高依法办事能力,深入推进法治化进程。然而,当前依法行政还存在诸多制约因素,应从领导干部自身出发,提高其法治素养与行政能力、明确自身角色定位,同时加大法制宣传力度,培养民众法律信仰,并建立完善的权力监督体系,全面落实依法治国战略建设。
