伴随和谐社会理念的提出,弱势群体权益的保护逐步引起了政府和学者的重视。尽管很多学者从社会学、政治学和法学领域研究如何保护弱势群体,但弱势群体的含义目前还未达成一致。经济法作为分配法,在弱势群体权益保护方面,应当积极完善相关制度,强化对弱势群体权益的保护,实现实质意义上的公平正义,进而提升弱势群体经济、政治和社会地位。
Accompanied by the idea of a harmonious society, the protection of the rights and interests of vulnerable groups gradually attracted the attention of the government and scholars. Although many scholars study how to protect disadvantaged groups from the fields of sociology, political science and law, the meanings of the disadvantaged groups have not yet been agreed upon. Economic law, as a distribution law, should actively improve relevant systems in the protection of the rights and interests of vulnerable groups, strengthen the protection of the rights and interests of vulnerable groups and realize fair and just substantive justice so as to enhance the economic, political and social status of vulnerable groups.
