上海铁路中心医院是一所综合性的三级甲等医院,不但收治铁路本系统的病人,同时也收治路外病人,故病种较为齐全。为调查该院住院死亡的病因,对1991～1995年住院死亡的2136例病例进行了死因分析。本次调查发现肿瘤仍为住院死亡的第一原因,而呼吸系统为第二位,脑血管为第三位。这一调查结果与全国死因分析结果基本一致,而本次调查的传染病死亡居死亡顺位的十名以外。1 资料来源铁路中心医院病案室1991～1995年统计资料,疾病分类按国际疾病分类标准ICD-9编码处理。职工人口资料采用上海铁路局劳动工资处年报数。2 结果与讨论2.1 住院病死情况1991～1995年共收治住院病人54381例,病死2136例,平均病死率为3.93%
Shanghai Railway Central Hospital is a comprehensive tertiary A hospital. It not only treats the patients of the railway system but also treats patients outside the road. Disease classification was handled according to the International Disease Classification Standard ICD-9 code. The employee population data uses the annual report of the Labor and Salary Branch of the Shanghai Railway Bureau. 2 Results and Discussion 2.1 In-hospital deaths In 1991-1995, 54381 in-patients were admitted to hospital, 2,136 cases died and the average case fatality rate was 3.93%.
