[目的]研究不同作用机制的杀虫剂混配对桉树枝瘿姬小蜂增效作用。[方法]采用玻管药膜法测定辛硫磷与阿维菌素混用对桉树枝瘿姬小蜂成虫的生物活性,研究2种药剂的联合增效作用。[结果]辛硫磷与阿维菌素对桉树枝瘿姬小蜂具有一定的生物活性,并以有效成分7∶1混配,表现增效作用,共毒系数为220.38,对幼虫、蛹和成虫的校正死亡率分别为76.47%、66.67%和64.00%,优于单剂单独使用。[结论]辛硫磷与阿维菌素混用对桉树枝瘿姬小蜂有增效作用,其中以有效成分7∶1混配增效作用最好。
[Objective] The research aimed to study the synergistic effect of insecticides mixed with different mechanisms of action on Eupatoria. [Method] The biological activity of mixture of phoxim and abamectin on adult adults of Eucalyptus and its derivatives was determined by the method of glass tube membrane assay. The synergistic effects of the two agents were studied. [Result] Phoxim and abamectin had some biological activity to Eucalyptus and its constituent was mixed with active ingredient 7: 1, showing synergistic effect, the co-toxicity coefficient was 220.38, The corrected mortalities of adults were 76.47%, 66.67% and 64.00%, respectively, which were better than single dose alone. [Conclusion] The combination of phoxim and avermectin had synergistic effect on the Eucalyptus Chinensis, and the synergistic effect was the best when mixed with the effective ingredient 7: 1.
