BIM(building information model)带来的技术革新从建筑物的全生命周期提高了建筑产品的生产效率,在政府和行业的推广下正逐渐改变着人们的生产习惯。工程管理专业在为建筑业输送专业的管理人员时,必须提升此项技能,以便适应工程建设需求和行业发展,高校合理、有效、全面开展BIM课程建设势在必行。文章结合目前国内外BIM课程建设现状,从建设目的、建设条件、建设模式三方面对其进行论述,提出了适合工程管理专业的BIM课程建设范式。
The technological innovations brought about by the BIM (building information model) have increased the production efficiency of building products from the life cycle of buildings and are gradually changing people’s production habits under the promotion of government and industry. Engineering management professionals in the construction industry for the delivery of professional managers must upgrade this skill in order to meet the construction needs and industry development, colleges and universities reasonable, effective and comprehensive BIM course construction is imperative. Based on the current status of BIM curriculum construction at home and abroad, the article discusses the BIM curriculum construction from the construction purpose, construction conditions and construction mode, and puts forward the BIM curriculum construction paradigm suitable for the engineering management major.
