Objective: To investigate the influence of cerebral infarction on patients with affective disorders and their functional rehabilitation. Methods: A total of 189 patients with primary cerebral infarction, 234 patients with recurrent cerebral infarction and 56 normal controls were recruited. The Hamilton Anxiety Scale and 17 versions of Hamilton Depression Rating Scale (HAMA) were used for emotional evaluation. Results: Among the 189 patients with primary cerebral infarction, there were 125 cases (66.1%) with anxiety disorder and 128 cases (67.7%) with depressive disorder; 179 cases (76.5%) with anxiety disorder in 234 cases with recurrent cerebral infarction, There were 185 cases (79.1%) with depressive disorder. There was significant difference in anxiety scale and depression scale (HAMA, HAMD) between the normal control group, the first cerebral infarction group and the recurrent cerebral infarction group. CONCLUSION: The main influence on patients with affective disorder after cerebral infarction is anxiety and depression, and the production of affective disorder can significantly reduce the therapeutic effect and quality of life of patients.
